Our business school Ipac Bachelor Factory in Vannes is located on a dynamic campus of 1,600 students, on the shores of the Golfe du Morbihan.

For our partner company, we're looking for a Sales trainee M/F as part of a Bachelor Business International, for a period of 3 months.

A luxury hotel

Understanding of hotel, catering & thalassotherapy services for 'Group' and/or 'Seminar' sales, Yield/Revenue Management mechanisms and sales methods.
Management of the request follow-up file (in progress, lost, refused, cancelled), weekly and monthly follow-up of sales, with corrective proposals & actions: offer on the day of the request, recontact (48 h after the request) + Prospective action: emailing of identified companies in the region and reporting.
Price proposal, organization of location scouting, booking, setting up the event with the customer (function sheet), reception, customer follow-up on site and invoicing.
In conjunction with the communications department, draft and implement a presentation card for specific services.
